Christmas in April

My cousin Heidi, who has been away for two Christmases now, was very homesick this past holiday season. She's currently home on leave and we celebrated Christmas in April.


There were Christmas decorations.


We even had a white elephant gift exhange.


There was lots of family from out of town. This is my cousin, Tara, who lives in Redding, CA.


We had yummy Christmas dinner and enjoyed it outside on the gorgeous "Winter" day. My cousins, Casey and Garrett, on each end. My Aunt Debbie and Uncle Geoff with their first grandbaby, Violet, in the middle.


There was even Christmas karaoke!


And Christmas dancing.

This is most of the family and friends who were at our Christmas in April.

I really enjoyed getting together with everyone. Christmas is my Grandma Tandy's birthday and this was the first major famiy gathering since her passing in February. There were a few items shared of Grandma and many pictures of her around. It was nice. She would've liked to enjoy Christmas with us.
