Carley lost another tooth last week. It's her fourth. She pulled it out herself at school and was so proud when she brought it home in a 35mm film canister covered in smiling teeth stickers.
The last time Carley lost a tooth, the tooth fairy didn't come the first night. It's possible that she didn't notice our house (even though there was a tooth under a pillow) because Carley was overnight at a friend's house. But the tooth fairy didn't even come the second night. She came the morning after the second night to leave money but somehow left the tooth behind.

Carley was excited to have another tooth to put under her pillow. Before bed, she took her tooth out of the canister and put it in a clear sandwich bag because she didn't want the tooth fairy to take the canister she loves so much. Carley also left the tooth on top of her pillow because she knows the tooth fairy can be forgetful.

The next morning she crawled into bed with me and said that the tooth fairy forgot again. Her tooth was still on top of her pillow and she couldn't find any money. After she went to inform her dad, I had Carley look under her pillows again. Sure enough, she found money but the tooth was still there. Carley decided she gets to keep the tooth so it is now back in her canister and the money is in her piggy bank.
What is with this tooth fairy? Is she new or in training? She never comes consistently on the first night and she almost always forgets to take the tooth.
Where do I file a complaint against the tooth fairy?

That is TOO Funny!! I guess you need to ask "The Rock" to be your tooth fairy. (his new movie) :-)
I heard the "tooth fairy" movie was cute. And I am laughing because I'd always forget to put money under pillows and you'd save me by running and putting the money under the pillow in the morning when your sisters were telling me the tooth fairy hadn't come!
Maybe the tooth farie should put a reminder on her cell phone to wake her up...
