Alcatraz

Over the past year, Walt has had Thursdays and Fridays off. When the kids are in school we don't get to do anything fun as a family so we took advantage of a Friday on Christmas break and went to San Francisco. 

None of us had been to Alcatraz before. A visit was due. 






Before catching the boat, we dropped in to Ghiradelli for some hot cocoa on the cold more.
