The Lull

This week seems to be the calm before the storm. We really haven't had much going on since my birthday and have just been hanging out. Just for now. It's probably why I haven't posted much this week. The main excitement lately is clean windows. Windows that are now getting rained on! I am very grateful for the rain. We desperately need it.

Starting next week, I feel like we have an endless amount of plans, for at least a month and probably more. I don't want to think that far ahead because next thing I know, we(actually I- Walt hates planning way ahead) will be making plans for August.

The kids are out of school for the whole President's Day week and Walt took the opportunity to use vacation time. We'll be going to visit Walt's mom and sister in Southern California for a few days.

In three weeks, I'm flying out Colorado Springs for my littlest sister's first baby shower.

A month after that, the kids and I will spend a few days in Washington during Spring Break. Southwest tickets were half price to Seattle and I couldn't pass it up. We'll get the chance to meet my brand new nephew (my other pregnant sister) who is due to arrive on March 24th.

That's just the out of town plans. There is so much going on while we're here too. Non-stop I tell you. It will probably roll right into Summer.

Week 5 of 52
05/52
I'd like to get more creative. Something other than us just staring at the camera. Maybe next week when we're on a beach in Carpinteria!
