Over the Hills and Through the Woods

Since we couldn't make it to Washington this year, Grammy and Grampy came to visit us.


While they were here, we were busy with our regular school and work routines so we had to cram in the fun where we could.

We had some Wii fun.


And played Dominion, which is Josh's favorite game.

(Shelly, Mom and Dave now know how to play if you need to get a Dominion fix!)


We also celebrated two birthdays, Grammy's and Grampy's, which are only 6 days apart.


Plus Grammy and Grampy drove down to the LA area and picked up a new puppy!

They named her Callie after California.

She doesn't look much like a puppy. She's already about 70 pounds and is only 7 months old! What a big girl, literally. She's as tall as Smokey.

We all really enjoyed having them here to visit (and the pup too).
